TPS Housing locates and facilitates payments and reservations for the hotel stay for your policyholder for the duration of their stay.
We can set up hotels on a moments notice and are available 24/7 making it easy for your policyholder to check in and out.
Hotel accommodations will be in the policyholders desired area. Most include kitchen facilities, accept pets and have laundry facilities. Billing will be consolidated to one invoice and will remain consistent and honest, and will transition into a temporary home if the need arises.
We recognize the adjuster’s need for quick action with one simple phone call and one single point of contact will immediately reserve an interim hotel stay. And will work to locate appropriate means of temporary housing with desired lease terms, manage the monthly lease payments and maintenance requests, and will coordinate the policyholder’s entire move in and out, all within your budget and policy limits.
